What we collect

Free listeners: Anonymous usage data like episode plays, and a device identifier to enforce the free tier limit.

Subscribers: Your email address (or Apple's private relay email), subscription status, and listening activity for your show preferences.

Everyone: Basic technical info like app version and device type so we can fix bugs.

What we don't collect

Your real name (unless you share it), your location, your contacts, your photos. No ad trackers. No third-party tracking SDKs.

How we use it

To run the app, manage subscriptions, understand which shows people like, and make things better.

Who sees it

Nobody except us and the services that keep Treehorn running — Apple for payments, and our hosting providers. We don't sell or share your data for marketing. Ever.

Deleting your data

Delete your account in the app anytime. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days.

Kids

Treehorn isn't made for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top tells you when.
